Concept MMA-Mixed Martial Art is one of the toughest sports on the planet and require lots of time Sacrifices and Dedication and a strong body and mind.

MMA for Self defense-You will start of in the CTS men fitness classes and work yourself towards the competitive fight team if you want to fight competitive. You will also do a level 1 grading to track your progress.

MMA to Compete-After 4 months in the CTS classes you will do a Level 1 MMA grading and interviewed to be part of the fight team. If you meet all the requirements you will join the selected few in the Concept fight team for specialize competitive MMA training.

It will require discipline and a healthy diet and lifestyle.

You will need to make healthy decisions,
no party’s & late nights.
You will need to push your body to its max.
You must be prepare to do 4/6 week Fight Preparation camps.
